Very disappointing that this bag was poorly made. There is glue stains on the sides and in one of the corners, I would return but I have an event to go to and I already had my outfit picked out to go with this bag and of course the matching shoes. I’m sure if I contacted support they would replace it’s just the hassle for me in the short time I have left before the event.
