Delivery is subject to the carrier and cannot be guaranteed. Melissa is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Please note the timelines below are estimated and not guaranteed. Once your order is placed, please allow 2-3 business days for processing before your order is dispatched.  Some orders may take longer to process.

 

US Shipping

Canada Shipping

Shipping costs to Canada are calculated at checkout and is inclusive of duties and tax.

Shipping times to Canada can take an additional 10-15 business days to arrive.

 

Complications with delivery are rare, but please contact the shipping carrier to handle these issues. Once the shipment has left our warehouse, we are unable to offer assistance. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or lost packages due to address errors.

We are currently only offering shipping to the contiguous United States and Canada. Orders to Alaska, Guam, Virgin Islands, Micronesia, PO boxes, and APO / FPO addresses are temporarily not accepted.

Please note that we do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.
