I really like this item, seems to run small, which isn’t a big deal. My issue is resolving the return/exchange. Literally takes a minimum of 2 business days not just for the initial message but all messages that follow. I emailed customer service on the 11th to verify what I need to do if the item isn’t available, after no response I start the exchange which states a different color is available, on the 16th my message got a response stating the shoe is no longer available so since my whole order is already in the mail on its way back to Melissa I ask what exactly it is that I need to do. And still no response and it’s going on the 19th
