To start your return, you'll need the order reference number and the shipping zip code as it appears in your order confirmation email. Then, you can select the item(s) you’d like to return.
For most items, you'll have the option of mailing your return items with a pre-paid USPS label.
Returning items by mail?
Complete the Happy Returns form and follow the instructions send returns via a prepaid USPS (United States Postal Service). We'll email you when your refund is issued. Please do not send back returns without the prepaid label as they will not be processed at our warehouse.
Please do not ship or bring your return to any Melissa retail location.
Unfortunately we cannot support exchanges at this time. We hope to offer this in the future.
We will accept returns on regular and sale price, unworn merchandise purchased from the USA ShopMelissa.com website for up to 30 days from the UPS / USPS delivered date. Product purchased from other retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase.
Regular and Sale price merchandise - Within the 30 day return period a credit will be given to the original method of payment. The credit will include any taxes paid. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Refunds of merchandise to your credit card may take up to one billing cycle to appear on your credit card statement.
We do not accept returns after 30 days, returns after 30 days will be returned to the customer.
All items purchased as "Last Chance" are not eligible for return, exchange or credit and merchandise is sold as is.
