What is Melissa Rewards?

Melissa Rewards is our free loyalty program that rewards you based on how much you shop. The more you spend, the more rewards and benefits you earn.

How do I join the loyalty program?

Joining is super easy! Simply create an account with us and you’ll automatically be enrolled in loyalty so you can start earning rewards immediately.

What benefits do I get in the loyalty program?

The more you shop, the more benefits you earn! The full list of benefits and rewards can be found above, so you can see exactly what you stand to earn! Coming soon, you’ll be able to unlock additional rewards by completing specific tasks called Challenges.

How is my tier status determined?

Your tier status is determined by the amount you spend with us each year. For those with Fan status, you’ll have the opportunity to complete certain tasks that will, upon completion, unlock Lover status early, even if you haven’t met the required threshold! 🙂

Is my tier status for life?

Your tier status will reset every year on the date you joined so make sure that you maintain your status and all the amazing perks you have!

What happens if I return my items?

Upon the return of an item, the spend amount applied to your tier status for the original purchase will be deducted from your account. If item you purchased upgraded your tier status, you will be downgraded to the appropriate tier once your return is processed.

How will I receive my birthday gift?

All members who have provided their birthday information will be invited to redeem a birthday surprise during the month of their birthday. Notification will be sent to you via email, so it is important that you are opted in to receive marketing emails from us. Instructions on redemption will be provided in the email.

How does the Create-Your-Own-Sale Day work?

All members who have Lover or Obsessed status are eligible for a Create-Your-Own-Sale day, which means you can use your reward for any product sitewide! Once you unlock one of these two tiers, you’ll receive your reward via email and you will have exactly one year to use it before it expires. This reward is not able to be combined with any other offers or discounts.

How do referrals work?

If you want to do something nice for your loved ones, you can share your unique link with them so that they get a discount on their first purchase. Share your link via email, phone number, or our different social media options and receive a discount when the person you refer makes a qualifying purchase.
